Mainly for multiple operation machines. Depending on the precision needs and volume, TOOLTECH produce both manual and power driven fixtures. One example of the latter are fixtures with integrated electromagnetic production line drive systems. Our aims are always to construct and manufacture effective and profitable fixtures. Control fixtures
Primarily for application in the motor industry, for direct control of measuring information and connection to SPC. One example is machines equipped with electronic transmitters connected to an information bank where all data can be analysed and edited. TOOLTECH can even produce simplified fixtures equipped with measuring instruments and translators. LASER CUTTING FIXTURES
Up to five axel cutting lasers with manual and automatic functions. This automatic stress function integrates with the lasers NC-steering system. WELDING FIXTURES
TOOLTECHmanufactures welding appliances from manual arc welding, automated spot welders to robot series welders. Manual fixtures must always be produced in close cooperation with the client, where a great emphasis is placed on ergonomic design. OTHER FIXTURES
