TOOLTECH constructs and makes quality production equipment to numerous different branches. Our customers include leading companies Gestamp, Hardtech, Ferrform, EMHART GLASS, Accra Teknik, Nordperf and Hägglunds. From the start machine tools for sheet metal pressing, cutting and punching have been for TOOLTECH and continue to be an important part of our company.
It can be anything from the simplest punch to extremely advanced production line tools for metal thickness 0.1 – 10mm in most materials. We would like to develop a close working relationship with our clients from the initial quotation to final delivery. In our experience this gives the best and most satisfactory results. In most cases our machine tools are delivered tested and proven, including all relative test reports. TOOLTECH is a partner in Svensk Verktygsteknik (Swedish Technical Machine Tools) which gives us access to advanced design analysis and scanning of reserve parts where blueprints are outdated or lost. Our experienced engineers work in Pro Engineer Wildfire which means that we can manage most CAD-files in neutral format. With every delivery accompanies a CAD-file with drawing and a complete set of parts list.
Naturally we can maintain and service all machine tools we deliver if the client so wishes.
Complete documentation of all work that is undertaken during service and repair is included in CAD- programming. This to ensure service continuation and simplify maintenance.
